Located in the heart of Kesavadasapuram, Trivandrum, this 3BHK luxury apartment designed by Perfect Interiors & Exteriors for Mr. Ameen, an NRI based in Dubai, captures the essence of modern Kerala apartment interiors. The client’s brief was simple — a calm, elegant holiday home that feels luxurious yet minimal. The layout blends soft neutral tones, warm lighting, and sleek finishes that reflect contemporary living at its finest. Every detail, from the modular kitchen to the serene bedrooms, is crafted to create a comfortable and timeless interior design in Trivandrum
Our challenge was to achieve a premium interior design without visual clutter or unnecessary ornamentation. Since Mr. Ameen wanted a modern yet understated home, we focused on creating a seamless flow of materials and light across every room. HMR boards were used for wardrobes and wall panels for durability, marine plywood for bedroom furniture, and PVC boards in all wet areas to ensure longevity in Kerala’s humid climate. The LED profile lighting and warm-tone fixtures enhance the soft beige and grey palette, giving the entire apartment a balanced, sophisticated glow — a hallmark of contemporary interiors in Kerala apartments.
The final outcome is a luxury apartment interior that radiates warmth and elegance while maintaining functional simplicity. The living and dining spaces open up with natural daylight, complemented by carefully layered artificial lighting that defines every plane. Neutral hues and clean lines make the home feel airy, relaxing, and refined — exactly as envisioned by the client.
