Renovation Work done at Architect Ramesh Warrier's Family Residence at Sreekandeshwaram. We Had done wooden flooring with natural teak which the client already owns and also wooden paneling work with teak and teakwood veneers along with a baluster made of 300 year old hardwood. we have made a deck using steel fabrication and done a wooden flooring there too. This living is for his consultation and the deck has been converted into family living. Onduvilla sheets are used to roof the deck to reduce noise and heat. We have made a swing and a modular kitchen in 710 grade marine plywood and century 1mm lamination with 12 accessories. He is one of our well-wisher now.
